After teaching nine years of early elementary grades in Oakland, Jenna is very excited to be in Berkeley. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and spending time outdoors. She graduated from UC Davis in 2003 with a degree in History and Human Development and did her teaching credential program at San Francisco State. After teaching TK and Second grade in the previous years, Jenna is very excited to be working with the 1st graders who are learning to love reading. She can’t wait to see them grow throughout the year. Jenna’s family includes her husband Max, son Jackson, and cranky cat Khaleesi.
