Cait is in her 6th year in 3rd grade at Jefferson. She previously taught 4th and 5th grade science at BAM and Emerson, and is still passionate about science education at the elementary grades. Before moving to Berkeley to get her MA and teaching credential at Cal in 2007, she taught outdoor environmental education in Yosemite where she got to hike around with kids and discuss rocks, plants and animals! When she’s not teaching, she likes to hike, travel, spend time with family and friends, exercise and read.
